Design of 8 replacement boiler house heating systems for primary schools including centralised boiler plant, pipework infrastructure, power and controls installation and hot water replacement as applicable.

Design of 8 replacement electrical systems for primary schools including full rewire, replacement lighting and power system, fire alarm and security systems.

Both projects included drawings, specification and outline schedule of works for tender by the client. FLN carried out the design consultancy and specification element of the works for the client to procure and install through term contractors.

Some Projects were designed to allow installation within schools while schools remained open. Other projects were designed to allow works to be completed over holiday periods

FLN were employed to provide the Mechanical and Electrical Services Design Consultancy.

FLN provide the design, drawings, specification, and descriptions of work, for the services installations. FLN also carried out the site inspections on several of the projects and provided technical assistance for the others.
