About Us

FLN Consulting Engineers are a multi-disciplined consulting engineering practice providing Building Services Engineering (Mechanical and Electrical), Process Engineering, Fire Engineering and Civil and Structural Engineering throughout Scotland and Ireland from our offices located in Glasgow, Inverness, Ayr and Dublin.

Our client base is wide and varied and includes local authorities, housing associations, housing developers, NHS trusts, manufacturing, healthcare, office developments, leisure and factories for both drinks and food industries. Our multi-disciplined approach results in FLN working in a variety of projects for both private and public-sector clients, as part of design teams, as lead consultants, framework consultants and through partnering agreements.

FLN’s philosophy is based on securing repeat business from all of our clients and we take a pride in our record in this area. We achieve this by ensuring we deliver a high level of service to our clients and this is greatly assisted by positive relationships with all members of the project team including client, design team, contractors and other stakeholders. Our aim is to work in partnership with all parties, with an understanding that we have to look forward to working not just on this project but again on future projects.

FLN aim to ensure that the objectives of all projects are dealt with on an individual basis. Projects are controlled by one of the Directors or an Associate Director, depending on discipline, to ensure that Clients are provided with a high level of management and accountability.
