This Georgian building houses a ground floor retail opportunity which now holds a Café Notto. On the upper floor the building houses office facilities including a new roof top extension to give view over Dublin.

This existing building has been extended and refurbished to provide three floors of office accommodation over the retail ground floor. FLN were commissioned to provide Fire Engineering consultancy.

FLN were commissioned to provide fire risk analysis to ensure that this non compliant building could be constructed to provide not only fire engineering compliance but provide the required extended accommodation.

FLN were responsible for the fire risk analysis of the building, submission of fire certification documentation to the relevant fire authority, liaison with the fire authority to ensure compliance and acceptance of the fire engineered approach. On authority approval FLN carried out all fire design and liaison with the architect and design team members to ensure the fire approach as approved as adopted and implemented throughout the design and construction phases of the works.
